Miloš Kuba, whose motto is "I cook with love for everyone and I will treat you like a king" was born in 1975 in a family with a long cooking tradition.

Our Chef has more than twenty years of experience in top hotels such as the Hotel Ambassador, Hotel Don Giovanni and Hotel S.E.N. and of course he has gained great experience during prestigious national and international catering events.

His culinary skills and great leadership team reflect on the evaluation of catering events, such as the event in the Spanish Hall of Prague Castle and other exclusive locations in the Czech Republic and abroad.

His biggest success was the leadership of the Culinary Team which was in charge of the preparation of culinary delights during the Summer Olympics in China "Beijing 2008" and the ceremony menu served for 450 guests on the occasion of the IIHF World Ice Hockey Championship 2015 in Prague.

Apart from his culinary duties, our Chef is the "captain” of the SIVEK HOTELS Culinary Team and the trainer of the SIVEK HOTELS Chefs. He regularly attends specialized professional courses to gain more experience and skills.

He is a long-time member of the "Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs". His goal is to further improve and promote the good name of the Czech national cuisine.
